For the past six years Block 15 Brewing has been hosting an annual Oktoberfest celebration with its own flair to it naming it appropriately Bloktoberfest. This year’s event returns for the seventh year held in downtown Corvallis, Oregon out in front of Block 15 Restaurant and Brewery on Friday, October 9 and Saturday, October 10.

The 7th Annual Bloktoberfest will transform the outside of Block 15 on Jefferson Avenue when the brewery will erect two giant tents for the celebration. One tent will be home to live music on both days while the other tent will host the 2nd Annual Bloktoberfest Dinner with Ayinger and with then televise college football action featuring the Beaver game and other Pac 12 matchups on the big screen.

During the outdoor Bloktoberfest celebration, Block 15 beer is served in authentic German tankards featuring the brewery’s fall seasonal, Bloktoberfest Märzen Lager. This will be the only drinking vessel used at the celebration. Patrons can bring previous year Bloktoberfest tankards. There will also be German inspired food, live music, yard games, and a lederhosen costume contest on Saturday at 7:00pm.
