Imperial Session Wine Dinner With Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin at The Carver Room

Imperial Session continues its exploration into food and drink pairings and for its upcoming dinner it veers off course oh so slightly to offer up its first Imperial Session Wine Dinner with Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin. Advanced Cicerone Ryan Spencer (Bailey’s Taproom) and Spencer Utz (Omerta, Ox, Imperial) will serve a five course dinner designed to pair with the wide range of wines from Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin. This new dinner will take place on Friday, November 17, 2017, at 7:00pm at The Carver Room located in the back of Old Salt Marketplace.

Frederiksdal produces cherry based wines which see a variety of different conditioning techniques. The wines are driven by flavors reminiscent of fruit, spice, and earth. Shelton Brothers Oregon representatives and Frederiksdal winemakers will be in attendance to discuss their wines and winemaking techniques.
