Learn about the whisk(e)ys of the world from Stuart MacLean Ramsay, who’s leading a series of informative, entertaining sessions this fall. It’s not all book work by any means – you’ll taste a hearty selection of the best whiskies from each category, and explore the history and culture behind each dram and region, and you’ll enjoy a laugh or two along with your dram, because Ramsay – who years ago ran the old BridgePort brewpub – is a one of the world’s great drinking companions and has stories from a lifetime of experience. Class size is limited to 10 students and the first class is this Sunday Oct. 25.

November 1st: Islay, Island & Cambeltown Single Malt Whisky

November 8th: Bourbon & Rye American Straight Whiskey

November 22nd: Cascadian Craft Whiskey
