Last week the Multnomah County Library began a series entitled Portland Brew Stories. This series of digital materials and seminars focuses on various aspects of the craft beer industry. These predominately one hour-long seminars will take place on various days throughout Portland’s library branches through May 14, 2016. The digital materials are available on the library’s website that can be accessed at anytime.
Portland Brew Stories seminars are all free to attend but one must register for the limited seating’s prior to each event. The series will feature fun and educational programs about our local beer scene. Classes will range from local brewing history, various types of beers, hop growing, home brewing, and the making beer byproducts such as beer balms. More details on these events are detailed at the end of this article along with links for registration.
