Celebrate New Year’s Eve At Migration Brewing
As the year 2016 comes to an end, Migration Brewing will be hosting a Chinese New Year, Year of the Rooster themed party to ring in 2017 on New Year’s Eve. The celebration will kick off at 4:00pm and continue past midnight until 1:00am.
Every 12 years the Chinese calendar goes through a cycle of 12 animals and as we enter 2017 the Year of the Rooster will return. Though the Chinese New Year is a month away, Migration will be celebrating a bit early with a few food specials on NYE beginning at 4:00pm. Here are a few specials to look forward to.
- BBQ Bao with smokey pork belly, Hoisin ketchup, fried shallots
- Kung Pow Bao with grilled Chinese broccoli, spicy sauce, peanuts
- Crispy Chinese Carrot Cake with xo sauce
There will also be drink specials including Good Fortune made with Spiritopia Ginger Liqueur, Pendleton Whisky, and lemon Juice that is served on the rocks.
Then from 9:00pm to 1:00am, DJ Bad Wizard will be spinning tunes. When the clock strikes midnight there will be a champagne toast to ring in the New Year. Best of all there’s no cover.
