Given enough time and preparation, that would be the idea… unfortunately, last year they only had two months between the announcement of the yeast and the festival; and with the Ardennes bringing such an overbearing flavor to seemingly any beer which uses is (La Chouffe being the singular example of one which effectively conceals it), all of the beers (which actually used the yeast) ended up tasting far too similar. I hope four months is enough time this year.

I am glad they decided to keep it limited to 1 yeast strain. That seemed to be the whole point of the fest and seeing what different things can be made from it.
