In The Garage

Think of them what you will, but nothing beats a garage space for hanging out and quaffing beer with friends. Of course, a trusty kegerator and a stereo doesn’t hurt either.

Chilling in a cool garage space sampling new brews with your buds and revisiting old favorites is one of the best recreational activities. It’s also pretty awesome to use the space to homebrew while you sip.

Last evening, after a killer release party at Victory Bar for Double Mountain’s Fa La La La La, a group of us lounged in the garage. There we busted out some stellar cellared bottles of beer and some special Quebec brews in a box from our friend, and Brewpublic’s own Marc. Merci, monsieur.

While this post is not really centered around any events or breaking beer news, it’s just to say, hallelujah for garages, especially those with kegerators and a stereo.

I’ve got a Brew Master’s Guide

I’ve got a 12-pack on ice

I’ve got corny inside

And vacuum -sealed hops, too

Waiting there for me

Yes I do, I do

I’ve got a 10-squared poster on the wall

Ezra’s favorite rock group the Clash

I’ve got Joe Strummer

I’ve got Mick Jones

Waiting there for me

Yes I do, I do

In the garage

I feel safe

No one cares about my ways

In the garage

Where I belong

No one hears me write this blog

In the garage

I’ve got an cheap stereo

I play my stupid songs

I write these stupid words

And I love every one

Waiting there for me

Yes I do, I do

In the garage

I feel safe

No one cares about my ways

In the garage

Where I belong

No one hears me sing this song

In the garage

In the garage (yeah)

In the garage

I feel safe

No one cares about my ways

In the garage

Where I belong

No one hears me sing this song

In the garage

I feel safe

No one laughs about my ways

In the garage

Where I belong

No one hears me

No one hears me

No one hears me

No one hears me

No one hears me

sing this song

in the garage
