This man was instrumental in Olympia Dark!!! All time favorite beer. I used to go down to Tumwater for the tour just to taste it. Then I found that the Attic was one of the rare taverns that carried it. I would so like to taste it again. Any chance?? Ten years ago I had a beer at Celtic Byou, a brew/restaurant in Redmond WA. The memory tumblers clicked - the beer was almost the same as Olympia Dark. Sadly, Celtic Byou no longer brews any beer.
