This Tuesday, Burnside Brewing Company releases their latest brew. Alter Ego is an Imperial IPA with a clean silky malt presence and is loaded with hop flavor and aroma from additions of Galena, Nugget, Chinook, Centennial, and Amarillo hops. This beer is the eighth release thus far by Burnside and clocks in at a hefty 7.98% ABV, 99.5 IBU.
