Foggy Noggin Brewing & Mac and Jack’s Brewery Collaborate on You Say Old, I Say New Pale Ale

Foggy Noggin Brewing, the little ole’ brewery in Bothell, Washington, recently collaborated on a beer with Mac and Jack’s Brewery from nearby Redmond. The result is You Say Old, I Say New Pale Ale.

This pale ale was brewed twice, on the small Foggy Noggin system and the large Mac and Jack’s system. Both beers will be released at Foggy Noggin on Friday, August 18th and then the following day at the Washington Beer Collaboration Fest that features 27 unique collaboration beers from 50 different Washington breweries.

Friday, August 18th (3:00-8:00pm)
Foggy Noggin and Mac and Jack’s have teamed up to brew You Say Old, I Say New Pale Ale. This 5.0% ABV and 35 IBU collaboration beer release will take place at Foggy Noggin Brewing’s tasting room. You Say Old, I Say New Pale Ale is a special beer that uses English Malts and yeast, matched with Eureka and 07270 American hops to put a slight twist on this beer style. Brewed twice, on the big Mac and Jack’s system and on the tiny Foggy Noggin system. Both versions will be on tap and brewers from both breweries will be present to discuss this beer.

Washington Beer Collaboration Festival

Foggy Noggin Brewing will be pouring its collaboration beer, You Say Old, I Say New Pale Ale with Mac and Jack’s, as well as some of its other Fn beers at the Washington Beer Collaboration Festival held at the South Lake Union Discovery Center in Seattle.
