A couple of new beers will be released in time for the upcoming holidays when Wolves & People Farmhouse Brewery releases Goldberry and Vale Reserve this coming weekend.

These two new releases marks the 16th and 17th beers released by Wolves & People this year. Beginning at noon on Saturday, December 16th the brewery on the farm in Newberg will release both Goldberry and Vale Reserve in bottles with a 6-bottle limit of each. Here’s a breakdown on the two new beers provided by the brewer.

Goldberry
An American wild saison aged a year in French oak Pinot noir barrels with our Amigos house sour culture and refermented with absurdly plump, aromatic local golden raspberries from Sunshower Hill. The scent of summer sunshine has officially been bottled! Just 420 flaggons of this little wonderbier are for sale. ($15/500ml).

Vale Reserve
A traditional biere de garde aged fourteen months in French oak Pinor noir barrels with house sour cultures and gently bottle-conditioned. With its rich and diverse grain bill and three-hour boil this beer’s complexity and depth of flavor is truly something to celebrate. Just 233 bottles are available. ($20/750ml)

In addition to the two new releases, Wolves & People will also be pouring what is being called a deep tap list of rare barrel-aged brews for the day. There will also be a few other bottles for sale. Featured beers include limited quantities of Instinctive Travels Dry-Hopped Saison, Sebastian Plum Saison, Sebastian Cherry, Sebastian Smoke Saison, and Melonette (kiwi).
