Cloyster Stout Tasting and Pairing @ Widmer Gasthaus

To celebrate the release of Cloyster Stout, Widmer Brothers Brewing will host a special stout and oyster tasting on Saturday, April 21. Whole oysters and oyster liquor were added during the brewing process to give this beer a subtle briny mineral character and a dry, refreshing finish.

The tasting will provide attendees with the chance to appreciate the beer side-by-side with one of its more unique ingredients.

WHEN: Saturday, April 21 from 1 to 3 p.m.

WHERE: Widmer Brothers Gasthaus

955 North Russell St., Portland, OR 97227

COST: Admission is free. Show proof of entry to Portland’s Cheers to Belgian Beers festival and receive a taste of Cloyster Stout and an oyster.  Additional oysters and beers will be available for purchase at the Widmer Brothers Gasthaus.
