Finnriver Kome Cider
A small batch release dreamed up for Port Townsend’s Strange Brewfest. We begin with fermenting organic Washington apples. This cider is then infused with three different aromatic organic brown rices. Kome Cider is wholesome and intriguing, and might leave you wanting more, along with a hot bowl of soup. Unfiltered, the rice solids provide a gentle texture to delight the tongue. 6.5% abv
