Reverend Nat’s Holy Water(melon) Cider Cocktail Night at The Box Social

Craft cider cocktails come to life when Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider partners up with The Box Social for three cider inspired cocktails. Local author and writer Steven Shomler presents Reverend Nat’s Holy Water(melon) Cider Cocktail Night that will take place on Thursday, September 22, from 7:00 to 11:00pm.

For the event, Michael from The Box Social has created three specialty cocktails, each made with Reverend Nat’s Holy Water(melon) Cider. The three cocktails are Drunken Love, Napoleon’s Last Stand, and Sir Basil’s Hot Monkey.

Shomler is a huge fan of Reverend Nat’s Holy Water(melon) Cider and decided to see what an imagination can do with such a tasty beverage. Then he came up with a fascinating idea. ”If you gave this cider to a talented bartender, I bet that they could come up with some amazing cocktails,” stated Shomler.

Well now this dream is coming to fruition. Here are descriptions on the three cocktails that will be featured on Thursday night at The Box Social.

Drunken Love
This cocktail features Reverend Nat’s Holy Water(melon) Cider, Mezcal and St. Germain.

Napoleon’s Last Stand
This cocktail features Reverend Nat’s Holy Water(melon) Cider, Aperol, Gin, and muddled Hermiston Watermelon.

Sir Basil’s Hot Monkey Cocktail Box Social
This cocktail features Reverend Nat’s Holy Water(melon) Cider, New Deal Hot Monkey Pepper-Flavored Vodka, and muddled Basil.

Though all of the above cocktails feature Reverend Nat’s Cider, the Holy Water(melon) Cider will not be available on its own at the evening’s event.
