13th Annual Bend Brewfest Returns August 13-16

Returning for its 13th year to Central Oregon is the annual Bend Brewfest that will take place at Bend, Oregon’s Les Schwab Amphitheater. Hosted once again by the Old Mill District this year’s event kicks off on Thursday, August 13 and will run through Sunday, August 16. Hours are Thursday, Friday & Saturday from Noon – 11:00pm, Sunday from Noon – 8:00pm. This additional fourth day on Sunday will be a nice addition to one of our favorite beer festivals in Oregon.

Bend Brewfest celebrates hand-crafted beers! What could be better than three days of hops, yeast and malted barley bliss at a craft beer festival in beautiful Bend, Oregon? Four! Bend Brewfest has developed a growing following of craft beer lovers over the past 12 years of the summer beer festival. That following has grown so much that organizers have given in to fan demand and added a fourth day to the festival.

This year’s event will offer 170+ distinct craft beers for public tasting from more than 65 breweries. The Bend Brewfest focuses on tasting and enjoying fine regional craft beers as well as great food. The X-Tap features specialty, very low production beers from a variety of brewers. Cider and gluten free fans will rejoice over the gluten free beers, wine and cider options at Brewfest.

In case supporting the local brewing culture is not a good enough cause, a portion of proceeds from the event will go to support the Deschutes River Conservancy and NeighborImpact.

Admission is free. For beer tasting, you must purchase a 2015 Brewfest tasting package. Mugs are $15 and include 5 tasting tokens. Mugs from previous years will not be filled. Additional tickets are $1 each and are sold in packs of 5. Cash is required for food, mugs and tokens with an ATM on site.
