Two of Portland’s culinary heavy hitters join together for beer and food pairing and special bottle release
Join Breakside Brewery and Chef Adam Berger for an evening of beer and food at Tabla, 200 NE 28thAve, Portland OR, on Tuesday, April 9th from 5:00-9:30pm. Rather than a seated meal or coursed dinner, this will be a casual night of eating and drinking: guests can arrive at any time and stay for as long as they like. Chef Berger will provide bites from Tabla’s mouthwatering menu throughout the evening. To complement the food, the brewers will be pouring 16 of Breakside’s latest beers, which will offer participants plenty of chance to mix and match their favorite pairings. In addition, Breakside will release its newest bottled offering Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout is the newest small batch release from Breakside Brewery. It is a traditional English-style strong stout made with three different roasted malts and a touch of brown sugar. It was then aged in a Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrel for 4 months, adding hints of vanilla and oak. Available in wax-dipped 750ml bottles, this beer is not to be missed!
