Hopworks Urban Brewery Dinner at Zupan’s Markets
Join Zupan’s Markets – Burnside for its next Cellar Z Brewery Dinner with a 5-course dinner & beer pairings featuring Portland’s own Hopworks Urban Brewery. Taking place on Friday June 12th at 6:30pm, Hopworks head brewer Tom Bleigh will be on hand to discuss HUB’s unique approach to organic brewing and their commitment to sustainability.
The evening’s dinner will include a tasting of 2 new HUB beer releases in addition to their newly released hard cider. Zupan’s chef Alex Bourgidu will prepare the dinner menu.

Watercress “gazpacho”, ras el hanout, crème fraiche

Roasted ruby trout, raw artichoke, mint and dill pesto, fennel and radish

Fried sweetbreads, beet and yogurt pure, English peas and lemon
Organic Pigwar White IPA
Fourth Course
Roasted leg of lamb, latke, anchoide and harissa

Rainier cherry semifreddo
