Owner and chief caramel maker, Angeleen, will be handing out free samples of organic dark chocolate sea salted caramels that are made with Fire Mountain’s Steam Fired Stout!

Oregon Pale Ale
Depicts the best of both worlds; American and English Pale Ales. Rich, light-bodied with a smooth, dry, malty flavor. Brewed with NW grown Cascade hops and the finest American and European malts.

Bad Henry IPA
Using the best American and European malts, Bad Henry India Pale Ale depicts the Northwest style with an English twist. Of course Cascade and Fuggles make the perfect hop balance for this crafted IPA.
72 IBU6.8% ABV
Bogart a truly great Northwest IPA. In the mash tun: Marris otter and four other malts including Canadian pils gives this ale its smooth malt balance. Hops in the kettle: Cascade “true to the cause” along with Centennial, Simcoe, Hercules, and Willamette. Hops in the Brite: Cascade of course and five other Northwest varieties to bring a balance of hop aromas to life. So don’t bogart the Bogart.

A delightful, aged, roasty stout. Smooth and rich yet light bodied and dry. With a hint of sweet and pleasing aftertaste of coffee and chocolate, this stout is a pleasure to drink. Northwest Cascades and Fuggles gives this stout its hop essentials.
