Special guest, Matt Kotwasinski, of New Belgium Brewing will be describing his
delicious brews and their food parings.
Fresh mussels in a buttery broth served with warm herbed focaccia bread,
complement the slightly sweet/bitter flavors of New Belgian’s Blue Paddle Pilsner which is also used in the recipe.
with a coconut and mango cream sauce are paired with New Belgium Ranger IPA’S caramel malts and hop flavor deliciousness.
