Beer Appreciation Class @ By The Bottle

Back by popular demand, Clark College’s Adult Education Program has invited By the Bottle (BTB) to be a part of their wonderful program by hosting this class. It will be held at By the Bottle and taught by Arlene Nunez, BTB owner. Previously, this class was very well attended and space remains limited, so sign up quick. You may only register for the class through Clark’s web-site (link provided below) not through By the Bottle.
Class description: Expand your knowledge of the many taste profiles involved in the world of beer. Learn what makes each style different and what senses are involved in their complexities. Learn about various basic beer styles, the proper way to taste beer, including what type of glass will enhance their flavors. In honor of Earth Day our beer tasting theme will be organic beers from green breweries. Hands on: learn new techniques by doing.
