Upright Oyster Stout Release @ Grain & Gristle

Join us Tuesday the 22nd for a special beer release – Upright Brewing’s second annual Oyster Stout. It’s an unusual yet tasty brew that uses over 10 gallons of oyster liquor and 6 dozen whole oysters from the super fine folks at Hama Hama up in Washington. The bar will be selling the first available bottles of the beer along with two keg/cask conditioned draft versions, one “standard” and the other from an 11 gallon firkin infused with Oregon black truffles.
