Falling Sky Brewing Doubles Capacity

Falling Sky Brewing

E
ugene’s newest brewery Falling Sky Brewing, has been open since January and they are already growing leaps and bounds thanks to new tanks from Metalcraft Fabrication of Portland.
Press Release:

If you brew it, they will drink it. Falling Sky Brewing, opened in January 2012, is doubling its brewing capacity.
“Hopefully now we will be able to keep up with the insatiable IPA thirst + this will allow us to experiment more & make even more styles, even though we already have 13 on. Looks like we need to drill more taps!”, says Scott Sieber, lead brewer.

Falling Sky Brewing purchased two 18 Barrel Fermenters & a Brite tank made by Metalcraft Fabrication in Portland. “We are now looking for another space to “Let it Pour” and give our kitchen some much needed room to pickle, cure & cater”, says Rob Cohen, owner.
Co-owner Jason Carriere adds, “We are also very excited to be finally brewing beyond our pub’s demand, allowing us to provide some beer to restaurants & beer bars locally and around the state that have been clamoring for it.”
Come by Falling Sky and check out the tank installation Tuesday October 23rd in the afternoon- should be epic!
Falling Sky Brewing open every day for lunch, weekend brunch & dinner & when it rains we pour, 25 Cents off every pint when it’s raining.
