Heading to Colorado

As you probably already know from being a beer geek, Colorado including  the Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins and beyond is a world class destination for great North American craft beer. Like San Diego, there’s a burgeoning pronounced subculture of craft beer in these parts of the Rocky Mountains. On Thursday November 4, 2010, Brewpublic is heading to this region with the main focus of attending the first national Beer Bloggers Conference (BBC). Here we will be learning from some of the best in the business and sharing some of what we love in the craft beer blogosphere. Over the next week, we’ll be not only covering the weekend BBC events, but we’ll also be trying to, as always, stuff as much craft beer culture down into our guts as possible. We look forward to hitting up breweries like Avery, New Belgium, Wynkoop, Boulder Brewing, Great Divide, Oskar Blues, Left Hand, and pubs like the Twisted Pine, Bull and Bush, Pints Pub and Falling Rock Taproom just to name a few. We’ve got a lot to learn, but already have a pretty good map of some of what we’re anxious to experience. So, we’ll keep you posted on our seven day adventure and report back on some of the best that Colorado’s craft beer heartland has to offer. Cheers!
