Tap It Tuesday LIVE: Noyaux @ Cascade Brewing Barrel House / Google+ Live

Cascade Barrel House Logo

Happy October! Join us for Tap It Tuesday at 6 pm for LIVE: Noyaux. This NW style sour ale features blonds and triples aged on oak for 18 to 24 months, then additionally aged for 12 months on raspberries and apricot noyaux. Sweet raspberry fruit, rose petals, almond and vanillin are noticed up front. Tart raspberries, oak and a soft almond note on the tongue lead to a finish of rich, tart raspberries with lingering hints of almond and maraschino cherries. 8.94% ABV / $7 Glass / $2.5 Taster.

If you can’t make it in person but want to check out our Tap It Tuesdays, follow Cascade Brewing Barrel House on Google+. Join the Hangout before with insights from Head Blender Preston Weesner, then watch the tapping broadcast live at 6pm. You can also check out past tappings on our YouTube channel – Cascade Brewing Barrel House.

The Noyaux blend is now bottle conditioning – look for a very limited release with no distribution (sorry) near the end of the month. Kriek 2011 is bottle conditioning and is ready for labels, it will be released soon!
