Tonight’s Tap It Tuesday Live from the Barrel series at 6pm is Spiced Red Apple. This Northwest sour style triple ale was barrel aged for 16 months in French oak. Aromas of deep, rich, red apple skins and light, sweet pepper notes are noticed up front. Sweet candy notes and apple skins on the palate lead to a light pepper and dry, sweet apple finish. A few of these just might have you Ham & Watebobbing for apples! 9.5% ABV, $6.50 glass.
