No-Li Partners with Taylor Shellfish and Brews a Fresh New Oyster Stout

No-Li Oyster Stout

Spokane, WA…Hops…coffee…cranberries…cherries…OYSTERS.  Yes, that’s correct…oysters.  In keeping with their mission to create distinctive, award-winning beers with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, No-Li Brewhouse has teamed up with Taylor Shellfish Farms for their newest offering.  The glorious result is a traditionally brewed, yet uniquely flavored Oyster Stout.

Taylor Shellfish Farms“We selected No-Li to collaborate with us on this Oyster Stout because we appreciate the priority they place on utilizing top quality, Pacific Northwest ingredients,” says Tom Stocks, Regional Manager of Restaurant Operations for Taylor Shellfish Farms.  “We’re extremely excited for this beer, and we’re confident our customers will be too.”

Oyster Stout is brewed with Dark Chocolate and Extra Special malt for notes of cocoa, chocolate and toasted grain.  Flaked oats and lactose provide a smooth body and creamy head.  With Taylor Totten Inlet Pacific oysters added in the final five minutes of the boil, this sweet, yet balanced stout offers drinkers subtle hints of salty brine and the flavors of the South Puget Sound.

No-Li Oyster Stout is set to begin shipping on March 3rd and will be available on draft and in 22oz bottles through No-Li’s brewpub and Taylor Shellfish Farms’ three oyster bar locations in Seattle.
