Rip City Ale Fest
For fans of the Portland Trail Blazers and craft beer there’s an upcoming event that’ll make you come out to the Rose Quarter on Sunday, March 30th. Rip City Ale Fest will take place at the Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum from 3:30 to 6:00pm directly followed by the Trail Blazers vs. Memphis Grizzlies at the Moda Center.
Rip City Ale Fest allows fans to do a little pre-game beer tasting the Memorial Coliseum before heading across the outdoor concourse to the neighboring Moda Center. The Trail Blazers will showcase many local craft breweries at this year’s Rip City Ale Fest.
The breweries involved include Laurelwood, Widmer, Pyramid, Boring Brewing, The Commons, Base Camp, Old Town, Lompoc, Two Kilts, Heathen, 13 Virtues, Mt. Tabor, Hopworks and Rock Bottom.
Tickets are now on sale which includes a game ticket and 10 tasters at the Ale Fest. Lower Bowl tickets are $66 and Upper Bowl tickets are $35. Individual tasters will be available to purchase for $1.50 each. Purchase 10 or more tickets to the event and everyone in your party will receive a free mini cooler! You must be 21 years or older to purchase tickets.
