BREWPUBLIC KILLERBEERWEEK: Killer Beers of Southern Oregon

BREWPUBLIC KILLER BEERWEEK EVENT:

Tuesday October 18 5PM-close

Bottles has quickly asserted itself as one of the best places for great beer in not only the Beaumont Neighborhood, but also in Portland. Oregon is a big-ass state so we’ve decided to head south and wrangle up a nice assortment of craft beers from Southern Oregon breweries such as SOB, Caldera, Wild River, Klamath Basin, Standing Stone, Walkabout, and more.

Klamath Basin Sommerbrau Release

The Creamery / Klamath Basin Brewery

Klamath Basin Brewing will be releasing their summer seasonal on 5/18 here at the pub in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Brewer Corey Zschoche says “For lack of a better name, I’m calling it Sommerbrau. It’s a sessionable pale that’s light on bitterness and big on citrus. It has a deep golden hue with a slight malty sweetness and upfront aromas of orange and grapefruit thanks to Centennial, Cascade and Amarillo hops and a dash of orange peel.”
