Bailey's Taproom 4th Annual BelgianFest

Michael O'Connor of Bailey's Taproom next to their fine bottle selection

Downtown Portland’s Bailey’s Taproom will host their 4th Annual BelgianFest on Saturday, November 16th. BelgianFest is when the staff at Bailey’s rounds up their favorite Oregon brewers and asks them to produce their favorite Belgian style of beer. If it’s a brewery that normally specializes in Belgian styles, they’re looking for something really exotic and unusual from them. If it’s a brewery that isn’t known for Belgian beer, we want their best effort at nailing a classic style. For one day only, the taps get dominated by sours, saisons, dubbels, tripels, wilds, and everything in between.

Bailey’s Taproom will be open their normal Saturday hours for BelgianFest, from 2:00pm to Midnight. There is no entry fee or tokens needed to purchase beer. For those that want to avoid the crowds, Bailey’s will be offering a VIP session.  The VIP session is from Noon to 2:00pm. Attendees who pay $25 get early, exclusive entrance in a less crowded bar and five 4oz pours. Advance tickets will be necessary for the VIP session and tickets can be purchased here.
