Cider Summit Summons Summer

The 2011 Cider Summit Portland is this Saturday, June 11, 2011 from 11am to 7pm in Elizabeth Caruthers Park on Portland’s South Waterfront.

This is your chance (and maybe the only chance of the season) to taste over 60 artisanal ciders from several US states plus England & France (where cider has an even stronger presence). Most ciders will be available for 1 ticket for a half-pour and 2 tickets for a full pour.

Tickets are about $2 each. A tasting glass and 10 tickets is $20 in advance (from most local bottle shops, South
Waterfront Community Relations Office, and via Brown Paper Tickets) or $25 at the door.

Arriving between 11 AM and – Noon gets you two extra “happy hour” drink tickets. The event is 21 and over only.
