Friday was our first day at the Craft Brewers Conference in San Diego, CA. Things kicked off with a keynote speech by Chairman and President of Brooklyn Brewery, Steve Hindy. Other noteworthy speakers were in attendance such as Dogfish Head founder and brewmaster Sam Calagione, Elysian founder and brewmaster Dick Cantwell, and Brewers Association president Dr. Charlie Papazian.
