4 Fresh Hop versions of Diablo del Sol (English Pale) will be poured side-by-side, each with different Fresh Hop additions. These will be available in tasters, pints and growler fills.
Diablo del Sol is a very popular late winter, early spring seasonal beer that features all English Malts and Cascade hops, mainly late additions for a full hop flavor experience. The 4 fresh hop variations have the same base recipe, with the addition of the specific fresh hops listed below. We only produced one batch (1/2BBL) of each, so these are sure to go fast. Once they are gone, they are gone until next year.
- Batch #1 – Centennial and Fuggle
- Batch #2 – Willamette
- Batch #3 – Cascade
- Batch #4 – Mt Hood
We will also have The Jerk Station (food truck) serving up tasty Caribbean food – this will be there 3rd appearance at Foggy Noggin.
