Migration Brewing's 3rd Annual Holiday Pre-Funk

This year Taplister is teaming up with Migration Brewing to assist in hosting their 3rd Annual Holiday Pre-Funk taking place at their NE Portland brewpub. The Holiday Pre-Funk will take place on Friday, December 13th beginning at 7pm.

Beyond the brews from Migration, there will also be beers flowing from Gigantic Brewing, Pfriem Family Brewers, Breakside Brewing, and Burnside Brewing. This looks to be a solid lineup of beers for Friday night.

And to solidify this as a true Pre-Funk there will be some solid tunes being spun. Holding down the turntables this year will be Don from Yelp Portland which is also a generous sponsor of this year’s event. Don will be spinning some great funkadelic tunes to help wash those delightful holiday ales down.

Over the past two years Migration has taken this opportunity to collect food for the Oregon Food Bank, however this year we felt there was a much better cause to support. Migration will be generously donating 20% of the nights proceeds to Angelo M De Ieso II an amazing friend of Migration, the over all beer community and all the breweries involved. Angelo has accrued some major medical bills due to an unforeseen brain tumor being diagnosed which he continues to deal with today.

So make your way to Migration Brewing on Friday to celebrate with some great music and exceptional beer from some of the best and kindest breweries in Portland and surrounding areas.
