2019 Oregon Cheese Festival

Fifteen years strong, the 2019 Oregon Cheese Festival returns to Central Point, Oregon from March 16-17, 2019. This festival of cheese brings together over 20 cheesemakers and 80 specialty food and beverage producers from Oregon and beyond.

The 15th annual Oregon Cheese Festival will take place once again at the Rogue Creamery Cheese Shop and Crater Iron Building in Central Point. On Saturday the festival will take place from 11:00am-5:00pm and on Sunday from 11:00am-4:00pm.

The Oregon Cheese Festival is a farmer’s market-style festival that features local artisan cheese, food, beer, cider, spirits, wine, and crafts under several tents in its traditional location outside the Rogue Creamery Cheese Shop as well as in and around the newly refurbished Crater Iron Building.

On the eve of the festival the Cheesemaker Dinner takes place on Friday, March 15, 2019. This special dinner allows cheese enthusiasts to mingle with cheesemakers while they immerse themselves in five cheese-themed courses paired with local drinks. Included is the famous appetizers hour featuring a gorgeous spread of dozens of Oregon cheeses piled high. Dinner tickets are $125.00 that includes a cheese reception, drinks, and gratuity.

Entry into the Oregon Cheese Festival is $15.00 in advance and $20.00 at the door. For an additional $10.00 one can sample beer, cider, wine, and spirits. This is a family friendly event. Children 12 and under may taste for free.
