Join Zupan’s Markets – Burnside for its next Cellar Z Brewery Dinner with a 5-course dinner & beer pairings featuring Portland’s own Hopworks Urban Brewery. Taking place on Friday June 12th at 6:30pm, Hopworks head brewer Tom Bleigh will be on hand to discuss HUB’s unique approach to organic brewing and their commitment to sustainability.
The evening’s dinner will include a tasting of 2 new HUB beer releases in addition to their newly released hard cider. Zupan’s chef Alex Bourgidu will prepare the dinner menu.
