Interurban Returns With Its Last Sunday Beer & BBQ Series
Just as the 2017 summer arrives Interurban returns with its summertime Last Sunday Beer & BBQ series. This year’s series will include Russian River Brewing, pFriem Family Brewers, de Garde Brewing and Founders Brewing.
Last Sunday Beer & BBQ kicks off on Sunday, June 25th at 3:00pm when Interurban will fire up the grill with a Russian River Brewery tap takeover and grilled menu from Chef Jonny Henry. At the kick off there will be two beers from Russian River that have never been poured in Oregon. These two beers are Benediction, an Abbey Double, and Compunction, a sour ale aged with pluots. Interurban will also feature Russian River’s Pliny the Elder, STS Pils, Sanctification and Happy Hops on tap.
Interurban Chef Jonny Henry and his team will grill up a European-inspired menu to pair alongside these special beers featuring dishes like hanger steak with bernaise, mustard and Gruyère crusted côte de porc and seared tuna with salsa cruda. Menu is subject to change based on availability.
Interurban’s Last Sunday Beer and BBQs are hosted on the last Sunday of June, July, August and September from 3:00-9:00pm. Each event features a guest brewery selected by Interurban owner and beer expert Dan Hart.

- June 25: Russian River Brewing (Santa Rosa, CA)
- July 30 Crawfish Boil: pFriem Family Brewers (Hood River, OR)
- August 27 NW game-inspired: de Garde Brewing (Tillamook, OR)
- September 24 Fish Fry: Founders Brewing Co. (Grand Rapids, MI)
