We are fortunate to live in a metropolitan area that has great chefs working at restaurants that offer a great meal and drink options. One restaurant that has been on our radar since it opened last year has been Headwaters.
Known for its menu that features fresh seafood Headwaters is the latest restaurant from Vitaly Paley who also owns Paley’s Place and Imperial. Located inside Portland’s historic Heathman Hotel, Headwaters will host a multi-course beer dinner with pFriem Family Brewers.
The dinner inspired by the Belgian style beers from pFriem will be hosted on Sunday, June 18th in Headwaters’ Private Dining rooms on the Mezzanine level of the Heathman Hotel. Chef/Owner Vitaly Paley and Executive Chef Tim Eckard will provide food pairings with some of pFriem’s most beloved beers. Doors open at 5:30 pm for noshes and drink to start.

Hamachi and Sea Bass Crudo, nasturtium relish, oregon olive oil, sel gris Barrel Aged Saison ABV: 7.2%
Aromatic Salt Roasted Spot Prawns, drawn butter, charred lemon Belgian Strong Blonde ABV: 7.5% IBU: 30
Spit Roasted Porchetta, maple glazed potatoes, blistered carrots Oud Bruin ABV: 8.7%
