With the 2018 Hop Harvest now behind us, Crosby Hop Farm has released this new time-lapse/drone video of the 2018 growing season. The Woodburn, Oregon hop farm partnered with Resonance Productions to produce this three minute video of the entire hop growing season over the farm’s 420 acres.
In producing this video, a photo of Centennial hops was snapped every 15 minutes, for 13 hours each day from early April through September 2018. In addition to this time-lapse video, drone footage was used to give a bird’s eye perspective of the harvest activities, hop processing facilities and when interlaced with multiple shoots, a moving time-lapse effect.
