With our colder months now behind us one of our favorite warm weather beer styles is the classic Saison. This Sunday, April 17, Zupan’s Markets on West Burnside will host its Master the Craft: Beer Style & Sensory Exploration that will feature this favorite warm weather beer style.
Held in Cellar Z, the beautiful basement dinning room at Zupan’s, Master the Craft will take place from 2:00 to 4:00pm on Sunday afternoon. The class will offer an exploration into the history, ingredients and diverse flavors of these historic Belgian style beers know as Saison. Featured alongside the beers will be a special food pairing that compliment each of the Saisons.
The Saison tasting will include:
Almanac Beer Company
Logsdon Farm Brewery
Hill Farmstead Brewery
