Bazi Bierbrasserie To Host Another Night of Glühbier
One of the longstanding European traditions during the holiday season are its Christmas Markets that are widely available. In these pop-up markets are an array of holiday gift ideas ranging from hand crafted jewelry, clothing and foods. It is also in these markets where adults enjoy a few of the region’s seasonal alcoholic beverages such as the popular glühwein and the more rare glühbier.
Now in its second year, Brian Yaeger has partnered with Hilda Stevens of Bazi Bierbrasserie to bring us Another Night of Glühbier. This year’s event will take place on Thursday, December 15th from 6:00 to 11:00pm. Be prepared to arrive at Bazi to sample your way through all of the warm, spiced beers, ciders, and beer cocktails.

- Fruli – Premium Belgium Strawberry Beer w/ Coriander & Orange Peel
- Cascade Brewing – Glühkriek
- Solera Brewery – Kriek
- Labrewatory – Cranberry-Orange Saison
- Reverend Nat’s Hard Cider – Winter Abbey Spice
- Schilling Cider – ChiCider
- Hopworks Urban Brewery – Xocolatl Xake Up (featured in a cocktail)
Beyond the festive warmed, mulled beers being poured, look there will be Christmas market treats being served to compliment the beer. Thursday evening is going to be a great way to make sure everyone is in the holiday spirit!
