Cascade Brewing to Release Bottles of Manhattan NW 2014 Project

Cascade Brewing will celebrate the release of Manhattan NW 2014 Project on Wednesday, April 6 at both Cascade Brewing Barrel House and Raccoon Lodge & Brew Pub. Beginning at Noon, 750 ml bottles and draft offerings of Manhattan NW 2014 Project will be on sale. Plus for those looking to truly experience Manhattan NW, the pubs will be offering vintage draft and bottles to celebrate the new release, including the 2011 and 2013 on draft and 2013 in bottles.
Cascade Brewing describes Manhattan NW as, a blend of sour quad and blond ales aged in bourbon barrels with sour pie cherries and apricot noyaux. A tribute to the classic Manhattan cocktail, this fan favorite features flavors of bourbon, maraschino cherries, bitter almond and a hint of malt sweetness. The beer weighs in at 9.6 percent ABV.
Manhattan NW will be available in 750 ml bottles for $30.00 each. Draft prices for Manhattan NW will be $8.00 for a glass or $3.00 for a taster. The barrel-aged beer will also be distributed to nearly 30 markets in the US and abroad.
