Clubhaus Lager Day at Von Ebert Brewing – February 23

Von Ebert Brewing is back at again with a free t-shirt giveaway when the brewer hosts Clubhaus Lager Day on Wednesday, February 23rd. The daylong event will celebrate Clubhaus Lager, the brewery’s award-winning American light lager made specifically for drinkers in the Pacific Northwest.

As part of the festivities, Von Ebert will be giving away a free t-shirt to anyone who purchases Clubhaus Lager on draft or in cans to-go; a limited edition Clubhaus Lager stein, t-shirt, or sweatshirt; or either of the food specials available for the celebration.

The food specials, developed specifically to pair with Clubhaus Lager, consist of an appetizer and entree available only on Clubhaus Lager Day.

Food Specials:
Pan Fried Pierogies with bacon, grilled onions, sour cream, and topped with chives

German Burger topped with potato pierogi, bacon, sauerkraut, beer cheese made with Clubhaus Lager, Dijon aioli, grilled onions, and lettuce

The Beer:
Clubhaus Lager is a Pacific Northwest light lager “brewed with you in mind.” The beer won the Silver Medal at the 2021 North American Beer Awards in the American-style Light Lager category, which is traditionally dominated by the makers of mass-produced domestic light lagers. Its 3.8% ABV makes it extremely drinkable, while still containing a full flavor experience unseen in most light lagers.

“Clubhaus Lager is one of our favorite beers to make as a brewing team,” commented Sam Pecoraro, head brewer, Von Ebert Brewing. “In making this beer, we wanted to showcase beer in its simplest form, highlighting high quality ingredients and technical brewing skills. When most people hear light lager, they don’t think of craft beer. Clubhaus Lager is our way of paying homage to some of the classic light lagers of yesteryear, while also building upon them to improve the consumer drinking experience by producing a beer that’s light and easy yet flavorful.”

Clubhaus Lager Day and the corresponding specials and promotions will run from open to close on Wednesday, February 23, at the Von Ebert Glendoveer and Pearl brewpubs.
