Celebrate seven years of Crux Fermentation Project as the Bend based brewer hosts Cruxapalooza 7 on Saturday, June 29th from 11:00am-10:00pm. Admission is free and Crux will have 30 beers on tap, live bands playing all day and activities for everyone!
The day’s festivities will kick off at 11:00am for the Oregon Brewery Running Series 5K Fun Run (register here). Then at 2:00pm a Beer Education Class will take place (RSVP), followed by a Toast and free Birthday cupcakes at 4:45 pm.
In addition to all of this fun, Crux will set up a Tasting Lounge with free beer samples while you learn about the brewery’s new Gypsy Coolship project. There will also be a Photobooth, Glitter & Braid Bar (get festival ready!), Cornhole, and other yard games. Feel free to bring lawn chairs and blankets along with well behaved dogs on the outdoor lawn. Crux will also have a special festival food menu as well as three different food trucks. No outside food or beverages will be are allowed.
With a large crowd expected, parking nearby may be a bit of a challenge during Cruxapalooza. Some suggestions from Crux include biking, parking along Arizona and Colorado and take the pathway over, or park at the Box Factory and walk over.
