Play Fresh Hop Bingo in Bend, Oregon while Chasing the Freshies
|There’s a new way to play bingo and this version will take you to 15 various brewery taprooms across Central Oregon. The Bend Ale Trail and Visit Bend have put together a new fun activity of Fresh Hop Bingo.
This new way of bringing additional drinkers into the fold of experiencing this special time of year of freshly harvested hops is one that other travel associations throughout Oregon and Washington should look into. It’ll get more people out supporting the small businesses that could use a boost in foot traffic while showcasing one of the region’s largest crops.
Joining in on the fun is quite simple. Just stop by the Bend Visitor Center in downtown Bend and pick up a free Fresh Hop Bingo card. Then strategically visit any of the 15 participating breweries to drink any of their fresh hop offerings. Get a stamp at each location and fill a row on your bingo card. Finally, return to the Bend Visitor Center to turn your Fresh Hop Bingo card. In doing so, you’ll receive an instant prize and be entered to win a Bend beercation!
