A little over one year after releasing its first beers into the marketplace Alesong Brewing & Blending is set to open its new countryside tasting room to the public on Saturday, July 22nd from Noon-8:00pm.

Located about 20 miles south of Eugene, Oregon and at the base of King Estate Winery, Alesong purchased the property less than a year ago that is now the home to its upcoming tasting room. This property that was once home to the T Bar C Country Cafe is now the site of the newly built Alesong Brewing & Blending Tasting Room that sits up the hill from the former cafe that will soon be demolished.

After the grand opening Alesong Brewing & Blending Tasting Room will be open Friday through Sunday from Noon until 8:00pm. This newly constructed building will be home to Alesong’s new production area that will be dedicated to fermenting, barrel aging, and blending. Alesong will continue to brew its wort in Corvallis at Block 15 Brewing prior to fermenting in Eugene.

Here at the new tasting room Alesong will serve its beers on draft or by the bottle alongside a light food menu. However patrons are welcome to bring their own food to enjoy on the countryside property and all ages are welcome.

“The dream since we all came together to start Alesong has been to have a brewery in the country, inspired by the farmhouse breweries of the old world – somewhere we can brew beer that reflects this little piece of the Willamette Valley,” states co-founder Doug Coombs in a release.  “And on top of that, we are thrilled to spend more time out here, sharing our beers and vision with the community while looking at this beautiful view!”

For the one year anniversary, Alesong will release a beer that the brewery is not known for, Anniversary Double IPA. This new IIPA is now available to purchase in an online pre-sale by clicking here. The cost for the Anniversary Double IPA is $16 per four-pack.

Since there are only 40 cases of this Anniversary Double IPA available, the brewery strongly suggests pre-ordering as the brewery feels that this beer may sell out online prior to the actual Grand Opening. A proxy can pick up the beer but any unclaimed beer after close on July 22nd will be sold the following day in the Tasting Room.
