Interview with Hair of the Dog Brewmaster Alan Sprints
It was a great pleasure to catch up with our friend Alan Sprints of Hair of the Dog Brewing in Portland, Oregon. Not only is Sprints a talented artist of many media, he is also one of the world’s most acclaimed and innovative brewers. Many of his skills will be showcased at the 2015 Craft Brewers Conference being held in Portland, Oregon. When we caught up with Sprints he was working on a session brew with the folks from Siren Craft Brew of Reading, Boxshire, England. In this interview we learn of three other breweries that Sprints will be producing collaborative beers alongside as well as a few highly anticipated events coming up during CBC2015 and more.
