Alesong Brewing & Blending Releasing Four New Beers for the 2025 Winter Season
As we approach the heart of the Winter season, Alesong Brewing & Blending is pleased to announce the debut of four new barrel-aged blends for its 2025 Winter release the weekend of February 20-23 at its wine country tasting room and to retailers across the Pacific Northwest. This release features four brand new beers for the season and includes Cinnamon Roll Maestro, Cuvée Soleil, Single Origin, and Hazelnut Rhino Suit.
Here’s a breakdown of all four beers as provided by the brewery.
Single Origin is a spontaneously fermented wine/beer hybrid with Riesling grapes that incredibly sources 100% of the ingredients from a single property – Goschie Farms in Silverton Oregon provided the barley, hops, wine grapes and naturally occurring yeast for this incredible expression of estate-grown Terroir in beer form.
As we look towards spring and sunny patio brunches, Cuvée Soleil captures the essence of everyone’s favorite breakfast cocktail, the mimosa, with a blend of barrel-aged sour beer co-fermented on King Estate-grown Pinot Gris grapes and finished off with just a splash of tangerine for sweetness and balance.
Sticking with the breakfast theme, Cinnamon Roll Maestro is a brand-new take on our classic, bourbon-barrel-aged, English-style barleywine. Already loaded with sweet and bready malt flavors, we up the ante by adding cassia cinnamon and whole vanilla beans for a luscious pastry experience to be enjoyed any time of day.
And finally, Hazelnut Rhino Suit is this quarter’s member-exclusive beer, adding the luxurious richness of Oregon’s favorite nut to Alesong’s already decadent flagship bourbon-barrel-aged imperial milk stout, Rhino Suit. For more information on club membership, visit alesongbrewing.com/join.
Alesong will host a release party exclusively for Blender’s Circle Club members at their country brewery just south of Eugene, Oregon the weekend of February 20-23. The release event will feature small bite food pairings to accompany each of the four new beers. Then Alesong will have all four of the new beers available on draft and in bottles for non-members the following weekend alongside the normal menu from the brewery’s on-site scratch kitchen. Cinnamon Roll Maestro, Cuvée Soleil, and Single Origin will be available at better retailers throughout the Pacific Northwest beginning the week of the brewery release.
