In time for ski season in the Northern Cascades, Aslan Brewing has collaborated with Mt. Baker Ski Area. The two joined up to brew a beer to celebrate the life of former Pro Patrol and Mt. Baker Legend, Randy Hook.
What resulted is Hook’s Stash Pale Ale, an easy drinking, light bodied classic pale ale. Hook’s Stash was brewed with American 2-Row barley, hard red wheat, and hopped exclusively with Nelson Sauvin hops. The dryness of this beer accentuates the dank white grape notes that dominate the flavor and aroma. A perfect après ski beer as it’s 5.0% ABV and 45 IBUs.
Hook’s Stash is currently available on draft and 6-pack cans at Aslan Brewing, Aslan Depot, and Mt. Baker Ski Area.
