Aslan Brewing Launches Its Mixed Culture, Sour & Fruited Farmhouse Beer Lineup

Aslan Brewing from Bellingham, Washington announces the release of its first round of mixed culture, sour and fruited farmhouse beers. This line up of beers come from Aslan’s barrel program that is located about one block from the brewery at its second location, Aslan Depot: Barrels & Blending.

Justice Temple: Mixed Culture Saison (Gold Medal Winner: Specialty Saison, Washington Beer Awards 2018)
Frances Farmer: Rustic Brett Saison (Gold Award Winner: Specialty Saison, World Beer Cup 2018)
Space Eagle: Foeder fermented Brett IPA
Ashes in the Fall: London Export Stout barrel aged with brettanomyces claussenii (Fall 2018 Release)

Aslan Brewing Company is an organic craft brewery located in downtown Bellingham, Washington. The brewery produces a wide range of beers from pilsners to IPAs to barrel-aged beers. Aslan Brewing will be pouring in Portland at the Salmon-Safe IPA Festival on August 25th at Hopworks Urban Brewery.
