Cascade Brewing Releases Pear Therapy and Rose Chérie

Cascade Brewing has two new beer releases planned to kick off the weekend. Look for Pear Therapy and Rose Chérie starting Friday, April 9th at both Cascade Brewing locations in Portland.
Here are descriptions provided by Cascade Brewing on each of the beers.
Pear Therapy
Pear Therapy is a blend of sour triple and blond ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to 22 months with Northwest-grown pears and a late infusion of fresh ginger, Pear Therapy invites you to indulge in the simple pleasures of perfectly ripened pears and the soothing aroma of freshly chopped ginger. Pear Therapy will be available in draft kegs as well as 250ml cans and corked and caged 500ml bottles.
Rose Chérie
Rose Chérie, meaning “Darling Rose,” features a blend of sour red and golden ales aged in oak wine barrels and foudres for up to 12 months then infused with Oregon-grown Bing and Montmorency cherries and dried rose petals. Similar to Cascade Brewing’s other sessionable oak aged sours, Rose Chérie will be available in draft kegs and 12 oz cans.
Pear Therapy and Rose Chérie will be available at the Cascade Brewing Barrel House, The Lodge at Cascade Brewing, and online at CascadeBrewing.shop for local pickup only. It will also be available through the brewery’s distribution network in the coming weeks.
